Straight answers
I lost my phone
Sign in on the web portal or another device, mark it lost, then Locate / Lock / Ring. GPS only exists if that phone was reporting.
It was stolen
Open an incident, attach evidence, alert trusted contacts. We do not file a police report for you.
Offline recovery
SMS commands work only when a gateway is configured. Until then, BLE Recovery Network can hop a token without internet.
SMS commands
Trusted numbers send #NORBI#LOCATE and similar. Stealth replies need the SMS vendor. Status is honest in the app.
Vehicle tracking
Enrol a tracker device. There is no invented OEM integration.
Family tracking
Members accept an invite. Location sharing is consent-based.
Security
HMAC on mutating API calls, encrypted coordinates at rest, Sanctum tokens bound to a device fingerprint.
Privacy
You can export or schedule deletion. Precise GPS is never written to the ownership chain or BLE packets.
